This position involves daily management, client coordination, and operational monitoring of digital projects.
You will ensure effective communication between the teams and the quality of deliverables in a multicultural environment.
Job objective
You will ensure the daily management, reporting, and client coordination of the digital projects carried out by EIGHT Digital.
Your role is to ensure the effective operational execution of projects between the internal departments (Strategy, Solutions, Technologies) and the clients, in an international and multi-agency environment.
Main missions
- Operational monitoring of digital projects: schedule management, milestone tracking, deliverable validation, and adherence to deadlines.
- Cross-functional coordination between the EIGHT Digital hubs (France, Switzerland, Morocco, Vietnam)
- Organisation and facilitation of client meetings, preparation of minutes, and regular internal reporting.
- Validation of technical and functional briefs in collaboration with the Leads (Tech, UX, MarCom).
- Ensure the quality of customer communication and the overall consistency of deliverables.
- Occasional travel in France or Europe for client meetings or key project phases.
Desired profile
- Proven experience in a digital agency or tech startup (minimum 4 years).
- Excellent multi-project management skills and sense of organisation.
- Proficiency in Odoo or project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana).
- Good understanding of digital processes: UX/UI, web development, SEO, automation, API integrations.
- Very good client relations and ease in communication with technical teams.
- Native French and fluent English (spoken and written).
