As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director in prospecting and managing business opportunities. You will actively participate in the growth of the agency by developing our client portfolio and ensuring rigorous follow-up on commercial projects.

Main responsibilities

  • Assist the Managing Director in the management of commercial and strategic activities.
  • Identify and prospect for new clients and potential partners.
  • Prepare presentations and sales materials for client meetings.
  • Ensure the follow-up of leads and maintain a trusting relationship with prospects.
  • Participate in the organisation of events, meetings, and trade demonstrations.
  • Ensure competitive monitoring and analyse the opportunities in the Vietnamese market.

Necessary skills

  • Experience in commercial management, customer relations or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Autonomy and initiative to support business development.


Valued skills

  • Experience in the digital, IT or B2B services sector
  • Knowledge of the Vietnamese market and its economic players.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Experience in event management and organisation of trade shows.
  • Knowledge of closing techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
